Tebra (Kareo) integration for the A.I. front desk
Tebra (formerly Kareo) exposes patients, providers and appointments through its long-standing practice-management API. It does not publish open appointment times, so availability is set up with you.

How booking works
From the call to Tebra (Kareo).
The front desk offers times inside each provider's hours that are not already booked, then creates the appointment in Tebra. Cancels and reschedules update the same appointment.
What you will need
- A Tebra admin who can issue API credentials
- Each provider's bookable hours and visit types

Tebra (Kareo) integration questions, answered.
Do we have to change anything about how we use Tebra?
No. Tebra stays your system of record. The front desk works inside the schedule, appointment types and providers you already have, and your team keeps working in Tebra as they do today.
Does this work for practices still on Kareo?
Yes. Tebra is Kareo's new name, and the API is the same one Kareo practices used.
