We book, move and cancel test appointments from both sides and check each one in SKED and in Platinum before any patient is booked.

Do we have to change anything about how we use Platinum?
No. Platinum stays your system of record. The front desk works inside the schedule, appointment types and providers you already have, and your team keeps working in Platinum as they do today.
What about PLATINUM2.0?
Platinum's newer cloud platform is where a direct partner connection is most likely to come from, but nothing is published yet. Until then, SKED is the confirmed path.
