The front desk books into the calendar SKED keeps in two-way sync, so the appointment appears in SKED, and changes made in SKED come back the other way. Whether that booking is also written into ChiroTouch itself is confirmed for your clinic before launch.

Providers, rooms and appointment types are matched so new-patient and returning-patient visits land on the right calendars.

Test both directions
We book, move and cancel test appointments from both sides and check each one in SKED and in ChiroTouch before any patient is booked.

Do we have to change anything about how we use ChiroTouch?
No. ChiroTouch stays your system of record. The front desk works inside the schedule, appointment types and providers you already have, and your team keeps working in ChiroTouch as they do today.
What if we use ChiroTouch without SKED?
There is no booking connection to ChiroTouch without a partner like SKED today. The front desk can book into our calendar and your team keys the visit into ChiroTouch, and your patient list can be exported from ChiroTouch for reactivation campaigns.
