Providers, rooms and appointment types are matched so new-patient and returning-patient visits land on the right calendars.

We book, move and cancel test appointments from both sides and check each one in SKED and in ClinicMind before any patient is booked.

Do we have to change anything about how we use ClinicMind?
No. ClinicMind stays your system of record. The front desk works inside the schedule, appointment types and providers you already have, and your team keeps working in ClinicMind as they do today.
What if we do not use SKED?
ClinicMind's public FHIR API is for patient access only and cannot book, so without SKED the front desk books into our calendar and your team keys the visit into ClinicMind.
