Providers, rooms and appointment types are matched so new-patient and returning-patient visits land on the right calendars.

Test both directions
We book, move and cancel test appointments from both sides and check each one in SKED and in ChiroHD before any patient is booked.

Do we have to change anything about how we use ChiroHD?
No. ChiroHD stays your system of record. The front desk works inside the schedule, appointment types and providers you already have, and your team keeps working in ChiroHD as they do today.
What if we do not use SKED?
Then there is no booking connection to ChiroHD today: ChiroHD's only public integration is lead capture into ChiroHD. The front desk can still book into our calendar and your team keys the visit into ChiroHD.
