From the call to IntakeQ / PracticeQ.
The front desk offers times inside each practitioner's hours that are not already booked, then creates the appointment in IntakeQ. IntakeQ's webhooks tell us when your staff change or cancel something.

Do we have to change anything about how we use IntakeQ?
No. IntakeQ stays your system of record. The front desk works inside the schedule, appointment types and providers you already have, and your team keeps working in IntakeQ as they do today.
Why do you need our practitioners' hours?
IntakeQ's API does not list open times, so the front desk needs the hours each practitioner books to avoid offering a time that is not really available.
