Do we have to change anything about how we use Cliniko?
No. Cliniko stays your system of record. The front desk works inside the schedule, appointment types and providers you already have, and your team keeps working in Cliniko as they do today.

No. Cliniko's API is self-serve: the clinic creates the key in its own account.
