Do we have to change anything about how we use DrChrono?
No. DrChrono stays your system of record. The front desk works inside the schedule, appointment types and providers you already have, and your team keeps working in DrChrono as they do today.
Why do appointment templates matter?
DrChrono's API does not return a list of open times, so the front desk works them out from your templates. Accurate templates mean the front desk only offers times you would offer yourself.
