Healthie integration for the A.I. front desk

Healthie has a complete GraphQL API: client search and records, providers, open slots, and booking, cancelling and rescheduling. Production API keys are a paid add-on to Healthie's Enterprise plan.

Built for: Nutrition, wellness and virtual-first practices

  • A staff account for the API key

Setup

How we connect Healthie.

  1. 01

    Add API access

The practice adds Healthie's API add-on to its Enterprise plan and creates a key for a staff account.

  2. 02

    Map providers and appointment types

We set which providers and appointment types the front desk may book.

  3. 03

    Test, then go live

Test clients and appointments are created and removed before live calls start.

Healthie integration questions, answered.

Do we have to change anything about how we use Healthie?

No. Healthie stays your system of record. The front desk works inside the schedule, appointment types and providers you already have, and your team keeps working in Healthie as they do today.

We are on a smaller Healthie plan. Can we connect?

Not through the API. Healthie only issues production API keys on its Enterprise plan with the API add-on.

The 100-patient guarantee

100 new patients guaranteed or you don't pay.

We guarantee 100 new patients, not just names in a CRM or spreadsheet. If we do not deliver 100 under the agreed patient-acquisition program terms, you don't pay.
