Do we have to change anything about how we use CureMD?
No. CureMD stays your system of record. The front desk works inside the schedule, appointment types and providers you already have, and your team keeps working in CureMD as they do today.
Can cancels and reschedules be automated?
Not through a public route today. It would need CureMD's partner API or a custom interface, which CureMD arranges through its partner team.
