A Canvas admin with the developer role registers our app in your Canvas instance and shares the credentials securely.

Canvas allows double booking by default, so we ask you to turn on the setting that prevents it.

Do we have to change anything about how we use Canvas?
No. Canvas stays your system of record. The front desk works inside the schedule, appointment types and providers you already have, and your team keeps working in Canvas as they do today.
Does Canvas charge for API access?
No. Canvas does not charge an API fee; your admin registers the app inside your own instance.
