BodySite integration for the A.I. front desk

BodySite's public API covers patients and providers. Scheduling in BodySite runs on a separate calendar service that syncs two-way with Google Calendar, and the front desk books through that same calendar.

Built for: Wellness, integrative and functional medicine practices

BodySite integration questions, answered.

Do we have to change anything about how we use BodySite?

No. BodySite stays your system of record. The front desk works inside the schedule, appointment types and providers you already have, and your team keeps working in BodySite as they do today.

Why is the calendar connected separately?

BodySite's API does not include appointments; its scheduling runs on a separate calendar service. Connecting that calendar is what lets the front desk book.
